Southlands Online School provides a full program that enables students who successfully complete the coursework to receive a WASC & ACSI accredited diploma.  Southlands coursework is college preparatory and is recognized and accepted by all universities in America.  In fact, many Southlands students continue their studies at prestigious universities.  To find out more about Southlands students and college acceptance, visit our Southlands Students page.

On average, a student will need to participate in the online program for at least 3-4 years to earn a diploma; however, online education is incredibly flexible and some students are able to complete the coursework in a shorter amount of time.  Students must earn a total of 240 credits in order to receive a high school diploma.  Some coursework completed at other institutions may be accepted and count towards credit if it meets the academic requirements set by the State of California and Southlands Online School.  For more information about specific graduation requirements, take a look at our graduation requirements page.
