Launch of New Website:

September marked the launch of our new website! The virtual classroom experience is now more effective than ever. Teacher lecture videos, homework assignments, discussion boards, personal progress reports, counselors, and future classes are all available with just a click of the mouse! 

 

Start of 2009 classes:

Three new classes are being offered in 2009: Life Sciences, Introduction to U.S. History, & English Composition/TOEFL^® Preparation Intermediate. Get signed up quick and take advantage of these great courses!

 

• 2009-2010 Registration is now OPEN!

 

• In the recent Orange County Academic Pentathlon, a team of 7th grade students from Southlands Christian Schools competed with over 50 teams from public and private schools in Southern California, testing their knowledge in Literature, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Essay Writing. The students, along with their teacher “coaches”, spent many hours of study, in addition to their regular classroom studies, in preparation for the competition. As a result, the nine member team won an average of 7 medals per student. Southlands placed 1st in their division, in addition to winning 1st place Overall Team and 1st place in the oral Science Super Quiz event. The students swept the event by receiving, in total, more than 60 medals. Congratulations, Southlands Christian Schools, on a job well done!
